Dumb People

People do some wacky things since I've been around. Let's get started!!!!

1. At Cupertino high my sophomore year, I was taking Chemistry, not chem honors, just Chemistry. The day after the Chapter 7 test one day was a pitiful day. The average score was about a 40%, and there was a sense of disappointment in the air. Fortunately it all turned around when we found out that this one kid took it and got a 0%. Not only did it help the curve, but he bombed it in the funniest way possible. He used a PEN on the scantron sheet. It would have been funny if he knew he was gonna bomb it and just give up/ do something like that, but it was Hysterical when he appealed it and said he didn't know!

2. Lets move on to a more recent event. Last weekend when I went snowboarding with my brother and my Pop's, we hit an absurd traffic jam that was at a standstill pace that stretched for well over a mile. It was so bad that we even got out and walked up the road to see what the hold up was. I was expecting to see a truck flipped on its side on fire, but the real reason for the jam was for chain control. It was so disappointing that the huge jam was for that reason, but once again, the vibe got revived when this one guy got fed up with the jam. He had been waiting there for, I'd say, a solid hour. He thought he could take matters into his own hands and honk his horn. After he did, I just looked back at him and laughed. What is a honk going to do to a jam of that magnitude? Ironically, it worked and the cars started to move along.

3. I'm not the only one who notices these wacky things. I was talking to my Dorm neighbor about our first memories of school (don't know how we got on that topic), but I was telling him like playing on this big wooden play-boat in the play pen outside. He only wishes he had an innocent memory like mine. His ONLY memory of Pre-school was this one kid who took dumps in urinals. He remembers thinking "what the fuck?"
